I am aware of this video, thanks, in fact I am a follower of this GVMERS channel and enjoy very much its videos. If you still are, that's great for you, but I don't see a lot of people there with you. Only in rare cases where a community is extremely vocal about the unclear messaging do they tend to say anything, like when Rockstar ended support for Red Dead Online, and they still push microtransactions in that game. Publishers are usually the last to declare their game "dead," as in no new content updates, because they want to make as much money as possible from it.
That was a huge reason a lot of people from the Siege community passed it up, and even content creators who are usually excessively giddy about any Siege updates said they weren't enjoying Extraction. The EGS exclusive just made it an easy pass, and I'm not surprised it fell off the map as fast as it did. Extraction just wasn't a good idea and their resources could have been better spent elsewhere.
