There is also recognition at the entry to the Plaza for gifts at $5,000, $10,000, and $25,000 levels. There is only space for 20 names on each monument so recognition space is limited! Our community dedicated this location for the Divine Nine Plaza and hope to have a public unveiling in the Spring 2022.Ī gift of any amount will make a huge impact. The first 20 donors to each chapter who make a gift of $1,000 or more will be listed on their Greek Chapter monument. In the Fall of 2020, we launched a campaign to create a garden plaza on campus to physically represent and honor the National Pan-Hellenic Council chapters on campus. Through the garden plaza project, our goal is to create an inclusive community at UW-Madison that recognizes the historic impact that our Black Fraternities and Sororities have had. This fall, we have launched a campaign to create a garden plaza on campus to physically represent and honor the National Pan-Hellenic Council chapters on campus, also known as the Divine Nine. We contribute to campus and the surrounding communities by creating opportunities to support and participate in philanthropic and service-oriented activities and events offering educational and personal development programs providing a variety of ways to engage in leadership development and by supporting the academic mission of the institution through research, scholarships, and a strong commitment to academic excellence. Our members are leaders in the classroom and community. UW-Madison FSL is home to over 4,000 students and nearly 60 chapters, each associated with one of four councils: Interfraternity Council (IFC), Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and Panhellenic Association (PHA). Over 150 years ago, Fraternity & Sorority Life at UW-Madison was founded to instill the values of brotherhood and sisterhood, leadership, scholarship, service, and philanthropy in our students.
